Agreement
By using Lead Finder (part of SiteGuard, operated by ProRout) and the leads.prorout.com website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate details when you sign up. One person or business per account unless agreed otherwise.
Acceptable use
- Use Lead Finder for legitimate business outreach only.
- Follow applicable laws when contacting businesses, including calling, texting, and email rules (for example, honoring do-not-call requests).
- Don't resell, scrape, or bulk-export the service to rebuild a competing dataset, and don't abuse the search quotas or attempt to break the service.
The lead data
Business information comes from OpenStreetMap and is provided "as is." A business showing "no website" is a strong signal, not a guarantee — always verify before you rely on it. We don't warrant that any lead is accurate, current, or will become a customer. How you use the leads, and the results you get, are your responsibility.
Plans, billing, and trials
Paid plans are billed through your SiteGuard subscription. Free trials convert to paid unless cancelled before the trial ends. Search quotas and site limits depend on your plan. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change or be removed. Third-party data sources may occasionally be slow or unavailable.
Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, ProRout is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost opportunities arising from your use of Lead Finder. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months.
Termination
You can stop using the service anytime. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.
