Who we are
Lead Finder is a feature of SiteGuard, operated by ProRout ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you use Lead Finder and the leads.prorout.com website, and how we use it. Questions: cooper@prorout.com.
What we collect
- Account details — the name, email, and password you provide when you sign up for SiteGuard.
- Lead activity — the searches you run (city and category) and the leads you save, score, and move through your pipeline. This is stored to your account so your list persists.
- Basic usage data — standard server logs (IP address, timestamps) used to keep the service secure and running.
Where lead data comes from
The businesses shown in Lead Finder come from OpenStreetMap, a public, openly-licensed map database. We do not scrape private sources, and the business information (name, address, phone) is already public. We add scoring and filtering on top of it.
How we use your data
- To provide the search, pipeline, and call-script features.
- To enforce plan limits (such as daily search quotas).
- To secure the service and prevent abuse.
We do not sell your data. We do not share your saved leads with other accounts.
Third parties
We use Cloudflare to host and serve the app, OpenStreetMap (Nominatim and Overpass) to look up businesses, and Stripe to process subscription payments. Each handles data under its own terms.
Retention
We keep your account and saved leads until you delete them or close your account. You can delete individual leads at any time inside the app.
Your choices
You can delete leads, cancel your subscription, or request account deletion by emailing us. We'll remove your data within a reasonable period.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
